STATE OF GEORGIA BRYAN COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Maureen Bodmer and William E. Bodmer to The Heritage Bank dated October 14, 2011, and recorded on October 19, 2011 in Deed Book 1018, Page 522, and amended on October 17th, 2012, and recorded on October 23, 2012, in Deed Book 1072, Page 556, together with all amendments and modifications thereto. Said Deed to Secure Debt having most recently been given to secure a Note dated October 17, 2012, in the original principal amount of SIXTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY THREE AND 77/100 ($61,083.77) with interest from said dates at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2024, the properties described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
