SS 48-4-45, 46) Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of four o'clock (4 p.m.) on and after March 3, 2025, or within 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 15th G.M. District of Liberty County, State of Georgia, and containing five (5) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by lands now or formerly owned by Henry Lexly; on the South by lands of Sam Howard; on the east by lands of C.B. Jones, and on the West by lands of Old Barrington Public Road, being known as 000 Barrington Ferry Road, Riceboro, Georgia, and also being known as tax parcel number 167C 039 per the maps and records of the Liberty County tax assessor and tax commissioner. Being the same property described in that certain plat of survey recorded in Book 161, Page 825, aforesaid county records, less and except all parcels other than Liberty County tax parcel number 167C 039 and all right-of-way and easements of record. TOGETHER WITH all right, title, and interest running with the above-described property; and TOGETHER with all rights, members, privileges and appurtenant easements. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 7, 2023, and is recorded at Deed Book 2333, Page 675 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia. This notice also constitutes a demand for possession of the property described herein on and after the foreclosure date and time set out above in the event the property is not timely redeemed. That a party is named in this notice is not determinative that such party has a legal right to redeem.
