NOTICE OF SUMMONS - SERVICE BY PUBLICATION TO: RUDOLPH RAY STRICKLAND, the father of D.S, a minor female child born 12/12/2017; DEBRA ELIZABETH STRICKLAND, the mother of D.S., a minor female child born 12/12/2017. GREETINGS: Pursuant to an Order of this Court dated the 9th day of April, 2025, you are hereby notified that on February 13, 2025 a "Petition for the Emancipation of a Minor" was filed by D.S., a minor female child, born 12/12/2017. The Guardian Ad Litem alleges that the whereabouts of the above-named mother and father are unknown, and asked the Court to grant D.S., minor child, and her petition for Emancipation. A free copy of the petition may be obtained from the Clerk of Bryan County Juvenile Court, 51 North Courthouse Street, Pembroke, Georgia 31321 on any day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30am until 5:00pm. You are commanded to be, appear and file in the Office of the Clerk of this Court and serve upon the attorney for the petitioner and the Guardian Ad Litem within 30 days of April 9, 2025 your answer to the minor child's petition for emancipation and to appear at a hearing on said matter on June 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. You should contact your attorney immediately so that you can be prepared for the court hearing.
