NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, LIBERTY COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Tavares D Garrett, Rinita Garrett to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for New American Funding, LLC, its successors and assigns dated April 20, 2023, recorded in Deed Book 2287, Page 343, Liberty County, Georgia Records, and as modified by that certain Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 2368, Page 158, Liberty County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to New American Funding, LLC F/K/A Broker Solutions, Inc.
