The purpose of the hearing is to solicit comments from residents and property owners regarding the proposed change, which would clarify that the maximum percentage of land area to be covered includes all hard surfaces, including pervious ones. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing to be held on December 16, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. in the Commissioner Meeting Room, 66 Capt. Matthew Freeman Dr, Richmond Hill, GA.
