The Pembroke Planning Commission will hold a public hearing December 18, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the city hall at 353 N. Main Street, Pembroke, Georgia, to consider a rezoning request to planned unit development from R-1 for Parcel P10 07 002, also known as the Lucky Joe PUD/ Parrish Place, containing approximately 1.75 acres located east of Highway 119 between Highway 280 and the educational complex. The request is to add one lot to the previously approved PUD plan. The Pembroke City Council will hold a public hearing and first reading January 12, 2026, in the city hall at 353 N.
