Notice of Sale Under Power State of Georgia, County of Liberty Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Reynaldo Mastrapa to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans (the Secured Creditor), dated August 16, 2022, and Recorded on August 19, 2022 as Book No. 2248 and Page No. 705, Liberty County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $250,635.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, as last assigned to Mortgage Research Center, LLC d/b/a Veterans United Home Loans by assignment that is or to be recorded in the Liberty County, Georgia Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Liberty County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in JANUARY, 2026, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1756th G.M. District of Liberty County, Georgia, and being in the City of Hinesville, being known and designated as Lot No. 19, Griffin Park Subdivision, Phase I, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1436, bearing a survey date of May 19, 2011, and a plat date of June 8, 2011, and being recorded in Plat Section P-18, Page 3A, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes.
