STATE OF GEORGIA ) NOTICE OF HEARING ) BRYAN COUNTY ) Notice to the public is hereby given that on March 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Superior Court of Bryan County, at the courthouse in said county, a hearing will be held in the case of State of Georgia v. Bryan County Public Facilities Authority and Bryan County School District, on the petition and complaint to validate the BRYAN COUNTY PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY REVENUE BOND (BRYAN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT PROJECTS), SERIES 2026 (the "Series 2026 Bonds"), in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000, which is authorized to be issued by a Bond Resolution, adopted on February 17, 2026, by vote of a majority of the members of the Bryan County Public Facilities Authority (the "Authority"). Proceeds from the sale of the Series 2026 Bonds will be used by the Bryan County School District (the "School District") to finance the acquisition, construction, and equipping of various capital outlay projects of the School District, and to pay certain costs of issuing the Series 2026 Bonds. The Court will also adjudicate the valid and binding effect of the intergovernmental contract to be entered into between the Authority and the School District, under which the School District shall agree to make certain payments for the account of the Authority, which payments are pledged as security for the payment of the Series 2026 Bonds sought to be validated. Pursuant to Section 36-82-100 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, unless waived pursuant to a published notice, certain issuers of revenue bonds are required to provide for continuing performance audits or performance reviews with respect to the expenditure of bond proceeds. NO PERFORMANCE AUDIT OR PERFORMANCE REVIEW SHALL BE CONDUCTED WITH RESPECT TO THE EXPENDITURE OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE SERIES 2026 BONDS, PURSUANT TO ABOVE DESCRIBED CODE SECTION.
