Oversee and manage daily operations of automotive glass assembly processes, ensuring production efficiency, workflow stability, and compliance with operational standards; Analyze and optimize assembly and production processes to improve efficiency, reduce defects, minimize rework, and enhance overall operational performance; Apply materials engineering principles to evaluate glass properties, handling methods, and assembly conditions in order to prevent damage, stress fractures, and quality degradation; Develop and implement process improvement initiatives based on data analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies; Coordinate cross-functional operations among production, quality control, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely assembly output; Monitor and manage quality control standards related to automotive glass assembly, including inspection procedures, defect tracking, and corrective action implementation; Identify operational risks and bottlenecks within assembly and logistics workflows and implement preventive and corrective solutions to maintain production continuity; Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly operations, materials handling, and process controls; Evaluate operational performance metrics and prepare internal reports to support operational planning and decision-making; Support compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations applicable to manufacturing and materials handling operations.
