ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSAL The City of Hinesville is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from Qualified Firms for certain city government services under a public works and utilities operations & maintenance contract. Sealed Statements of Qualification and cost proposals will be received by the City of Hinesville, located at City Hall, 115 East M.L. King Jr. Drive, Hinesville, GA 31313, on July 01, 2026, until 10:00 (a.m.) local time. The work to be performed consists of providing for the operation, maintenance and management services for public works, fleet repair and maintenance, water/sewer and wastewater treatment services, and maintenance of a federally funded public transportation system for the City of Hinesville. The Solicitation Package is open to electronic public inspection at the City of Hinesville City Hall, 115 East M.L. King Jr. Drive, Hinesville, GA 31313. An electronic copy of the Solicitation Package may be obtained through the City of Hinesville website https://www.cityofhinesville.org/Bids.aspx.
