NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION Pursuant to O.C.G.A. SS 9-11-4(f)(1)(C), this Notice of Service by Publication in the matter of Pamela Kelley v. Virginia Carroll, Civil Action No. STSV2025000357, a civil action currently pending before the Honorable Judge Billy E. Tomlinson in the State Court of Bryan County, Georgia. Said action was filed on December 8, 2025, and the Order granting Plaintiff's Motion for Service by Publication was granted on June 3, 2026. Pursuant to that Order, Virginia Carroll is hereby given Notice that they are commanded to file with the Clerk of the State Court of Bryan County and serve upon Plaintiff an answer to said complaint within 60 days from the date of the Order for Service by Publication.
