ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ/P 2026-01 WATER & SEWER SERVICES CITY OF RICEBORO The City of Riceboro, Georgia is issuing a Request for Qualifications for a Third-Party Contractor for water and sewer operations. The City of Riceboro intends to establish an agreement with an independent provider of water and sewer operations for 1.5 years with the option of (5) additional (1) year terms. Any renewal will be based on the same terms and conditions as the initial term with the exception of the price and rates. Initial prices or rates are guaranteed for a minimum of eighteen (18) months. The City of Riceboro seeks proposals from qualified firms or organizations with experience in all aspects of water and sewer maintenance and repair. Potential Proposers can acquire a copy of the Request for Proposal and submit all questions regarding this RFQ/P electronically to Mayor Chris Stacey at
mayor@cityofriceboro.org no later than September 16, 2026. A response to all questions received will be sent to all parties by September 23, 2026, as an addendum to the RFP and posted to the City's website. PROPOSALS SHALL BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME, OCTOBER 14, 2026, AT THE OFFICES OF THE CITY OF RICEBORO, CITY HALL, 4614 S. COASTAL HWY, RICEBORO, GA 31323. The City of Riceboro reserves the right to reject any and all proposals/bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise and/or to award the contract in accordance with FTA C 4220.1F, and to retain any and all Proposals/Bids for a period of thirty (30) days after opening.
