A Petition for the adoption of the minor child was filed in this Court by the Petitioners, Steven and Gwendolyn S. Sparger, alleging that the biological mother of the child, STEPHANIE ASTAIR SOUTHERN, the biological father, RASHAD ABRAHAM ROBERTS, and any unknown legal or biological father, and asking the Court to terminate their parental rights and obligations with respect to the child and of the child arising to them from the parental relationship, including the right to inheritance.
