IN THE PROBATE COURT OF LIBERTY COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA IN RE: ESTATE OF JANICE LORENE ANDERSON, DECEASED ESTATE NO. 2026-A-132 PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR FOR PURPOSES OF LAWSUIT PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A.SS 53-6-40(b) AMENDED NOTICE TO: Shannon Ondriezek, 2400 Parkland Dr. NE #252, Atlanta, GA 30324, and to whom it may concern: Phillip Clark, has petitioned for the appointment of Julianne Grow Glisson, County Administrator, for this probate court, to be appointed administrator of the estate of Janice Lorene Anderson, deceased, of said county for the sole purpose of making it possible to commence or continue a lawsuit against the estate of said decedent. If the petition is granted, the County Administrator shall be relieved by the Court from all liabilities, duties and obligations otherwise imposed on the administrator of an estate, including but not limited to the marshaling of assets, the publication of notice to creditors, the filing of an inventory, the filing of returns, and the posting of a separate bond, except for those duties and obligations directly related to the acceptance of service of process and qualification as administrator and other duties directly related to the lawsuit. All interested parties are hereby notified to show cause why said petition should not be granted. All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed with the court on or before Monday, September 28, 2026.
