The City of Richmond Hill Department of Planning and Zoning Services hereby gives notice of the intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Port Royal Rd., Adam Johnson Rd., and Poplar Swamp Rd. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 26-04-1210R for a proposed project along Unnamed Tributary. Coleman Company, Inc. is proposing to develop the Port Royal Subdivision. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request should be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along Unnamed Tributary. 1. Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will be established along the Unnamed Tributary. 2. The Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) will increase and decrease along the Unnamed Tributary.
