PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Hinesville has prepared and will make available for public review and comment the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for program year 2025. The report will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to detail the allocation and expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as well as how goals and priorities were met. The CAPER will be available for public review between September 14, 2026, through September 28, 2026. Citizens may review the report online at www.cityofhinesville.org on the Community Development Department page or in person at the Community Development Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall located at 115 East MLK Jr. Drive, Hinesville, GA 31313 during the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
