ATICS currently owes Heatcraft $109,479.79 and is being sued for that amount, plus interest and attorney's fees as allowed by contract. Heatcraft has attempted to serve ATICS with process multiple times and has been unable to do so; the court has now authorized service via publication, through this newspaper, on August 7, 2026.
