NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, BRYAN COUNTY Under and by virtue of Power of Sale contained in that Security Deed from Kenneth Alston Newton and Holly Catherine Newton to 21st Mortgage Corporation, dated August 21, 2021, filed for record September 23, 2021, recorded at Deed Book 1531, Page 735 Bryan County, Georgia Records, in the original principal amount of $155,216.25, aforesaid records to secure the obligations of Grantor to Lender as set forth in a Promissory Note ("Note") of even date as amended, modified, or revised from time to time, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold, by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse Door at BRYAN COUNTY, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May 2024, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1380th G.M. District of Bryan County, Georgia, consisting of 3 acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown on that certain Plat of Survey prepared by L.D.
