REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Irene B. Thomas Park Playground Renovation The City of Hinesville is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials and services required for the turnkey renovation of the playground at Irene B. Thomas Park. The work generally includes playground design, demolition and removal of existing equipment, site preparation, inclusive playground equipment and integrated shade, accessible safety surfacing, freight, installation, permitting, inspections and closeout.
